Shipping usually takes about 10 to 26 business days for US delivery. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. For countries outside the US delivery can take longer. Non-US citizens, please wait atleast 45 days before contacting us about your package.

Your product may have been shipped in a different shipping batch or from different warehouses. This happens a lot if your order consisted of one of the more popular products. Don't worry, everything that you have ordered will be sent to you. We will provide multiple tracking numbers for orders sent in multiple packages.

The detailed tracking information will be available when the package arrives in it's destination country. Please wait some time until your package arrives in your country. This can take a few days due to customs. Once the item is in your country delivery is usually very fast. The whole process normally takes about 10 to 26 days.

Shipping is completely FREE. 

Unless you buy one of our promotional items (products that are free for a limited time). You still have to pay for the shipping if you combine a normal product with a promotional item.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Some of our clothing come from overseas suppliers. The sizes on the labels of these products will be in Asian size, rest assured it will be the correct American standard sizing :) We convert them to US sizing standards on our product pages so you don't have to convert the sizes manually. 

Asian sizes are generally 2 sizes smaller than US standards.
